Godrej washing machine
Not responding to given complaint

Sir,

I have purchased Godrej GWF650FDHP Washing Machine (Top Load) on 12-03.

Damaged piece (Back cover in cracked condition) delivered to me. And there is an abnormal sound

during Rinse and Spin. Also I purchased Trolley stand for the Washing Machine from Godrej.

There is also a crack in stand. Regarding this I have given email to the Customer Care of Godrej on 20-03 . There is no response from Godrej customer care till date. Kindly do needful.
