Respected Sir,

I have taken the plan offerd by Godrej smart care for the service of our Washing machine for 2 years on 30th March and I paid 2040 Rs. for that. I was told to register my complaint with the godrej customer care and the executive will visit with in 24 hours. When i faced the problem while running the washing machine and booked the complaint, no one visited my house for repairing till the completion of 72 hours. Moreover, when i called the service station they are not replying to me properly and behaving very roodly.

So I would kindly request you to please look into the matter and do the needful.
