we purchased a Semi automatic washing machine model (4GG217, GWS7002 PPC TWIN TUBE) from SHAH'S ELECTRONICS on 1-3 bearing a invoice number (SEHDC-141).

From date of purchase we are having a lot of problems as the clothes get struck in the wheel and we have to drain the water Every time to run and it consumes lot of time for this process, due to which we have lodged a complaint (522075) with client support and the technician keeps on telling that they do not have the parts to replaced as it is out of stock it has been 2 months we are having this difficulties, when we approched the showroom where we purchased and they redirect us to contact GODREJ,
