Godrej Washing machine DAC
Rinse and Spin does not work

We purchased Godrej Eon Washing machine (DAC) in Jan. The washing cycle many a times does not complete fully - Rinse and Spin does not work - From the manual, i deduced that it is due to load imbalance - couple of times, we have removed the clothes and started the cycle from Rinse and spin (avoid soak and wash). It works at times. After a long struggle, i called the customer care last week - on 5/3, one technician came - he opened the machine and reset the 'error' condition (that is what he told :-) - he did not rell the reason why it occurred ) - we thought that some error switch is set when the load imbalance condition occurs. And when we asked the technician if this condition will repeat again - he said it is not so. Now again this week end (exactly one week later), we had the same problem.
Max. clothes washed are between 10 - 14 - most of them are children uniform shirts, synthetic sarees, dhothis etc which wont weigh much. Now again i've registered a complaint with the customer care - they are yet to come. Now my questions are
1. If there is load imbalance, it shd be shown before even the washing cycle starts - i understand that LG brand has such features. The cycle should not continue and stop during Rinse and spin
2. Even if there is such imbalance, it shd get corrected, when the next cycle starts with a fresh load - there should be some switch which the user can operate.
2a. Now since the machine is under warranty, every week some one from customer service can come and correct it. If it is out of warranty, how much will they charge for resetting the "error" switch.?
3. Is this how the Godrej DAC model works or is it some problem with our specific machine? I wish the Godrej product design team replies for this.
With this problem, really DAC does not do what it promised - in fact it is worse than semi automatic - we have to rinse and clothes outside the machine and then dry it.
