Suddenly end of in mid

I bought Godrej washing machine 6.5 kg fully automatic, 1 year ago. this machine has two year warrany period from date of sale. i gave complaint on 9-6-10 that machine wont rinse as well as spin it was getting end of suddenly in mid of washing. so that i got replied from customer care i.e., service call 684832, their executive came on 12-06-10 but he did not nothing and he said some function has failed which is not avail now at our stores, he said that he will come with that spare part. later he does not wont lift any phone call from my mobile. customer care send massage to my mobile " your service call is completed" then i call back to customer care how my service call is comepleted. then customer care said that again we booked another service call, and said "please note the service call number 686705". i feel very sad because of their service at door. i have one more year guarantee period. i request you to show me solution for this problem. Godrej service agents/ executives, and customer care do not have any feelings for my complients.

please take action or suggest me what would i do.
