Service, not working properly

R/sir I have purchased a window ac one ton capacity from national sales corporation, railway road kotkapura, distt faridkot on 17/05 invoice no 552. from the date of purchase no service done till date, inspite of various communications in 2011.Recently i have lodged a complaint at 18002095511 on 14/05 .the call was forward to a local dealer/agent for quick disposal but till date no fruitful result. I have lodged another complaint today i.e.19/05 at 18002095511.They assured quick disposal & call forward to alocal dealer/agent. 918427884455 replied that your warranty period has been expired, so we cant do anything.

sir i have lodged a complaint on 14/05 & it the responsibility of the company to do the things as earlier as possible. I gained so bitter experience & mental harasment with godrej company. Pl do the needful.
