We Purchased Godrej AC GWC - 12GG2 From Sargam Electronics, sec-1 avantika rohini delhi 110085. on 14th april . it has 2 yrs warranty period. Since installation it has cooling problem, the temp does nt go below 26 degrees . also there is problem in the display & the display keeps jumping eratically . we made our first complaint on 16th may (246970 ) & again on 19th may (247622) after that the technician came & said that there is problem in the censor, & the pcb will b changed .so far despite approaching so manytimes to the customer care & dealor & also thru service station incharge, we have been given false commitments everyday . its been a pathetic experience having bought godrej, having paid for the ac we still cant avail the service at the peak of temp . its consumer harrasment.
