Harassment being caused by sansui service centre of Godrej

Dear sir/madam,

We bought an ac two years back and it suddenly stopped cooling. We complained and got into an agreement that they will be bearing all the expenses of the repair. It has been a month since the ac has stopped working. They have taken the ucb/display plate of our ac and are unable to repair it. Assistants like Anita, Tripti, Atul Sharma are just troubling us by saying that it would be done the next day and so on.
