Gogrej air conditioners
Service is very poo

I bought A/C on 2nd February and till today no one from Gogrej people called for free service, when I called they say 1 yera is over we will charge 450/-??? My question is that why should i pay the amount when no one called with in one year and now when 1 year is over they will charge - prro customer response from the godrej people -

person I called - Koteshwara Rao - Servoce Manager - 9701157777 - who says we will charge what ever u want to do you can do it...

2nd person - Mr. ravi kumar - DGM - who never answers the call at all - 9866227174...

If this is the response to customer i think 1 day godrej has tp pack up the things and move from Indian Market...
