Goodrej Axis
Very poor sevice & false call closing

I was purchase a godrej axis refrigerate on 12/04, but there is a door problem in it. i logged a complaint through toll free no (18002095511) Comp. no.644092 dated 04/06 but service engineer come to solve the problem on 20/06 but could't do it properly. I again log a comlaint (No.648284) on 21/06, this time nobody come to my home but i received a massege from godrej on 23/06 that my call was closed sucessfully. Repeatly i logged a call (no.650383) on 02/07 and agin the same thing happen nobody come to me and call sucessfully close on 04/08.

In between all the above time 04/06 to till date 04/08 i talk savral time to our local sevice engineer Kuldeep singh than Disttric service partner Mr. Chandani and above all Area Service Enchrge Mr. Ravi but nobody seeing in a helping mood.
