Wrong Product Sold and Trying milk away money in Service Cost

Sir,

My name is Sharavana living in 36, State Bank Colony, Singanallur, Coimbatore - 5. In December we built this house and we installed a Water Heater from the above mentioned company. In 2009 the heater did not wrok and they informed that the warranty period is over and the can fix the problem with Rs.1500.00 only. We paid and another year passed. In 2010 december again the heater did not work and we called up for service and they informed they need to take to their factory and they did so with cost estimation of Rs.4500.00. After 15 days they informed they will install on 10.01.2010. On that day till 5 pm no sign of them and when I called back they informed they required Rs.21000 to correct the issue. I said I don't want the service. I cannot operate with people changing their words now and then. Now they want Rs.500 to bring back my material to my house.

I request your advice on the issue.
