Gorej refrigerator
Very very poor service

Dear Sir,

We have purchased a Godrej refrigerator model no.221 Ele Unit no.090562199 on 01.06.2009. On purchase of next day the machine was not in working condition. The service agent said the compressor got problem and they fill the gas. Now again the machine is not in working condition for the last 5 five month. we made a complaint in the service centre, they are asking the service charges of Rs.250/- without checking the machine. we are totally upset with your services. Pls arrange to look into the issue immdly and rectify the refrigerator at the earliest.
