NEW REFIGERATOR STOPED WORKING

Hi I have taken a Goorej REFRIGERATOR form KAPILA ELECTRONICS B-1 JANAK PURI last week

we find the balancing problem, we called daily atleast 4-5 times daily to kaplia after 4th day he changed the fridge and second Day we find that KAPILA ELECTRONICS give us the second hand fridge ar used fridge u people cant believe that after 3rd day that REFRIGERATOR stop working... we daily calling to the CUSTOMER CARE AND KAPILA ELECTRONICS they are not giving any response they only tell that yes we will send the engineer.

THIS IS VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE GOOREG COMPANY AND SPECIALLY TO THE KAPILA ELECTRONICS I NEVER SUGGEST ANY ONE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THE KAPILA ELECTRONICS _JANAK PUTI NEW DELHI AND ALSO THE PRODUCT OF THE GOOREJ
