Non Delivery of TV.

I bought an LED TV (Samsung, 32D5000) from great eastern, baguiati branch on 15-4 (CM no.433), people from great eastern assured me that they will get the TV delivered on 16-4. They neither delivered the TV yesterday nor contacted me. I have been trying to contact their numbers 033-25760066 / 067 since morning but no body is picking up the phone. Giving false commitment is nothing but cheating and they should be held accountable for this.
