Green apple defect

Hello,

I purchased a grren apple via the Times of India advertisment.

The sent one but its defective..

Please advice how i can raise it to the correct authorities as i belive i have been cheated by the india times.

and I want to get this one replaced.

Also i would like to point out to india times to please ensure in future that the people will not like to way that u advertise as the ad says apple and we get a green apple with just a box with a warrantly or any documentation..
