Unauthorised debit from balance

I use Airtel Mobile service form July / August. On 4th of this month I have noticed that my balance was debited by Rs.30.00 without any authorization. Repeatdly the customer care person is telling that I have subscribed for some service. When I demanded the proof then rudly he is telling that comany will provide the proof if I will lodge a complaint with Police Commissioner. At the same time whicle talking with them, they told me that they have debited Rs.10 for the same purpose on 25th of July. Now I have doubt they have debited some more amount also as I am not checking my balance each time after making / receiving a call.

So I request you take up the matter and provide me proof so that I can take further step.
