Against service centre

I have bought samsung mobile, model no- GT-S3600 (IMEI NO-358924028013455) on 07oct, 09.

My mobile is in warranty period. I have given that mobile in the samsung service centre they told that you will get the mobile within 15 days.i subbmitted my mobile on 13 march, 10 at SHREE SHYAM COSTOMER SATISFACATION, ALWAR (RAJ.).almost 25 days have passed has passed they haven't repaired my cellphone till now.

MY complaint no-WA24381010656.
