Subscription without permission

I am a user of bsnl prepaid mobile of 6 years my mobile no. is 9425122705 there is being lot of unuseful messages and phone calls for subscription of various schemes they subscribe so many schemes without my permission and dedected my balance without my permission. there is no response from your customer care executive even after trying for so many time. please take action immediately otherwise i will be forced to take legal against you if something has not being done in suitable time frame.
