Poor Cooling

I bought the above refrigerator about 5 years back. Right from the begining the cooling in the refrigerator was very poor. after many follow ups & visits they exchanged the refrigerator. It was fine for two years but in the last 3 years it has been giving me a lot of problems. I took an AMC no.010870 dt 6/6. In spite of many visits they could not set it right. I made numerous complaints- one of them being 0911190002 dt 19.11.09 when I paid Rs 1800. The problem persisted. I followed up vide complaint no. 10000021718 dt 1.1.09 & complaint no. HAR 102270024 dt 27.2.10.

For the harassment, money spent by me and my time, I want to sue the company for Rs 2 lakhs. Please also make sure that they are banned from selling their products in India.
