Haier C121
Not respondinding to warranty terms

Sir,

my name is SACHIN SHARMA.i live in 1/4649/23/2/2, gali No-13, Budh Bazar Road, New Modern Shahadra Delhi- 110032.im working in COMMISSIONER OF INDUSTRIES.i brought "Haier C121 mobile on 16-10.but my mobile is not working after 15 days so im having one year warranty to my mobile.i had given complaint to Haier service center at SHRI COMMUNICATION in YAMUNA VIHAR DELHI-53. after 15 days they are not responding sir.they are saying that the parts of that mobile are not manufactured so we cannot repair it.i asked them to give me new mobile but they are not giving new handset. but they are not responding for warranty terms.if i made late then my warranty period will be over.

what should i do now.

I am not getting any good response from above service center or from customer care center.my no is 9899822308/9999594383.kindly reply aginst my comlaint,
