THIS IS TO INFORM U THAT I RAHUL GUPTA HAD GIVEN MY HAIER SET C3010 FOR A COMPLAIN REGARDING KEYPAD & SPEAKER PROBLEM ON 02/1. THEY CHANGED THE PCB OF MY PHONE SAYING IT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.
IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY TILL 10/1.
THE COMPANY GAVE MY PHONE ON 16/01.i.e. 6 DAYS AFTER MY PHONE'S WARRANTY WAS OVER.
AFTER 1 DAY THE SET WAS NOT WORKED AT ALL.
WEN I APPROACHED THE AFTER SALES SERVICE PROVIDER, THEY TOLD THAT THE PCB IS SHORTCIRCUITED DUE TO WATER PORED IN IT.
ACCORDING TO US WE HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING AND LOOKING TO PCB, THEY CHANGED, IT LOOKS AS IF THEY HAD REPLACED IT WITH SOME OLD PCB.
THEY REFUSED TO REPAIR IT DUE TO LAPSE OF WARRANTY PERIOD.
SO I WANT TO KNOW THAT, WHEN I WAS NOT GIVEN MY PHONE UNDER WARRANTY, SO I WAS NOT ABLE TO CHECK IT UNDER WARRANTY.
SO THE FAULT IS OF THE COMPANY, NOT MINE
NOW I WANT THE COMPANY TO REPLACE MY PCB & GIVE ME MY PHONE IN WORKING CONDITION
