Late delivery And Bad service

The same thing has been happened with me. I have purchase one washing machine from E-Zone which is placed in chembur (K star Mall). They made the 3 hrs Late delivery. And they promise us a person from service center will visit your place within 2 days for demo. But today is 4th day and nobody yet come at my place for demo. I have made call for more then 15 time at E-zone but i didn't get positive reply. Still i am waiting for the person from haier service center.

In Future i will never purchase any thing from E-Zone, also i will not recommend any one for E-Zone. Due to such kind of poor service.
