Complaint regarding customer service

I have a fully automatic washing machine model no (Xqs60-78).

I have registered a complaint regarding non working of the washing machine on 24/11 Complaint no (GHA111120072)

Till now they haven't come and checked the machine. I have called several times at the call centre, they just extend the time next 24 hours.

Also I have contacted directly at the service centre in which they responded that the engineer is coming in 1/2 an hour.

Still he hasn't come and neither they are picking my phone.
