Faulty Referigeraton

Dear Sir,

I Naresh Kanwar owner of Single door Refrigerator of Haier India would like to bring to your notice that the company had given a faulty refrigerator. I bought the refrigerator in the year 2008 Oct'31 and it stopped functioning within the warranty period of one year ie 30th October Since then I have been chasing the company for repair and have asked them for the replacement but they simply refused to replace, they have changed all the main parts of the refrigeator thrice but it was all of no use... I really dont know why this problem is not rectified... The said appliance stopped functioning one day before of this diwali... Sir I hereby request if you can do justice to me I will be very thenkfull..My last compaint was 4/11 and the number is MUM 1011040047... I request for help in getting my appliance replace ..I will apppreciate and welcome your decision in my favor.. Sir I have not attached any photo... We are using this appliance as a Cupboard...
