Misleading Pre-Paid Plan SMS /advertisement

I had been enjoying 0ne paisa per sceond plan when I received SMS saying that " Get Rs.285/- talk time on recharge with Rs.95/- only. Talk Time vailid for 21 days. I contacted the Re-charge authorised vender who confirmed that pulse rate would be one paisa per sceond against above plan also. I got the recharge done and to my surprise I found that the pluse rate was Rs.1.50/- per minute. This is how I was cheated by the company & Public is also cheated in the same way. The company should have also informed the pulse rate against the above paln & also the venders should also know. I request you for Justise.
