Haier microwave oven
Not working since last month

Hi,

I raised a complaint regarding my Haier microwave oven and the complaint number is BAN125260004. I got this number more then 30 days ago but no buddy is responding, I sent 6 reminders and 5 E-mails and my oven is still not working.

Please help me to get it repair.
