Even after recursive repair the phone gets dead

I had purchased Haier Handset on 10th Feb 09.Then I have given it to repair three times to Anish Cell Care which is a haier costumer care in mumbai.

1st-On 21st Oct 09 with Receipt No-HA09-E74-1021005

2nd-On 6th Nov 09 with Receipt No-WA09-E74-1106002

3rd-On 30th Nov 09 with Receipt No HA09-E74-1130004

But still after constant efforts I am unable to use my phone as it is not getting charged, and is dead. Thus losing a lot of time sending it to the service centre, thus I am losing my business clients. Please consider the complaint and do the necessary.
