Service Center Not Responding

I have purchased C300 of Haier Mobile on 16-6-10 and it worked only 15 days. Thereafter it started troubling so I took it to Vikas Marg Service Center in Laxmi Nagar Delhi on 30-8-10. I have gone 7 times to the service center in one month and finally on 30-9-10, I got my phone but still the same problem was there. So I went to the service center again on 5-10 but they asked me to come after 2 weeks saying that the part is not available. I went on 26-11 and they updated the software and told that now phone is perfect. But today on 28-11, the same problem is there in the phone.

I have also complained directly to the company but no response from there also

I asked for complaint no from service center but they refused to give the same. I remember one Job sheet no i.e. 644 dated 26-11-10.

Pls help me...

Problem the phone is not charging after being battery emply and I have visited the service center 9 times/
