Refrigerator not cooling

I was logged in a complaint on 7th October Friday morning in between 9.00 am & 9.30 am.

The complaint was refrigerator not cooling, which was baught before 1 year & a few months.

The complaint number given to me was "COC1110070002" & the feedback given was "technician will be visited within 24 Hrs & have to pay Rs. 200 plus tax as service charge.

Nobody visited my home or not even called me regarding this within 24 Hrs.

Then I called again on 8th October Saturday afternoon to your callcenter number. On reference my complaint number, the feedback recieved to me was "It is 24 working hours & technicial will be visited by Monday, ie 10th October"

Nobody visited my home or not even called me regarding this till Tuesday 10.00 am, ie 11th October.

It is very sad to say that your customer service is very pathetic. If it will take more time, you can tell us the exact duration for the technician to visit & the duration to clear the complaint.
