HAIER/Window AC
No Response to complaint

I bought a 1.5 ton Window AC from Fairdeal electronics in Dwarka on 4th April. The AC is a Haier product. I got the free service done just before the one year warranty got expired. The AC developed a problem wherin the fan started making lot of noise and stopped working. I lodged a complaint and the service engineer visited us on 6th May. Thereafter since the problem persisted we have continously followed up with the Cutomer care and all they say is that the engineer will visit us in 24 hours. The problem has still not been resolved even after numerous follow up. The ironic part is that there has not been even a single call from the company's side.
