The Airtel connectivity is good but the services arent!

The outlets dont update the payments!

Customer care dont keep in track of the updates and make hell a lot of calls to the customer.. its so gross! i some times get irritated to answer these irresponsible lads when at work..

this started whn i changed my pre-piad to post paid!

the problem with address verification as has happened to many, happened to me to.. and sorted out..!

but the real problem is when i make the paymet at one of thier outlets and those guys dont update the details!

God... shru hojathe Hai.. airtel ke Calls... uffffffffff...!

Hope their is a solution for this and some body keeps in track of the details and upadte!
