Repeated Problem

I am facing the problem for the very 1st day of purchase. The problem in hand set is voice cracres, slows down and mutes some times for both the incoming and outgoing calls. Problem is not continue for all the voice calls, i have observed problem only for few calls, my daily call rate is 200 calls both incoming and outgoing and problem persists only for 30-40 Calls for the long duration. I have submitted the handset for 3 times to nokia care at shimla (DIZITECH). They repaied it but the problrm is not resolved. Now my handset is with nokia care Dizitech shimal Job sheet no is 195433527/091205/9 pls look into the issue and repair it properly and confirm me, so that i can collect it. till the confirmation it will be with you.
