Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that, i am Rahul S. Shinde (Mob. No. 9146600910) customer of HTC MTS Pulse mobile, i have purchase this mobile on 7 March. But from last few week this mobile has lose its sensitivity of touch screen, moreover it get hang always, cross connections are there, and while talking on mobile it get hot.

My other colleagues has also suffering from the same problem. Their name & number are as below.

Mr. Santosh Singh had already taken one servicing from their servicing centre but there were no any solution, Now again problem has been relapse. I have been already pay Rs.7000/- which was very high in three month. Till date our bill is Nil & we are ready to pay the bill of current month, So i am requesting you that look into the matter & help us to withdraw our submitted documents and cheques.
