The Aquaguard Protec was puchased by me in Aug'10. It was giving trouble & stopped working. On 06th Nov'10 i called the Customer Service Helpline & put in a servicing request (0060064328). I was assured that the Service Engineer would positively visit "within 24hrs." On 8th Nov'10 i sent a complaint mail to customerservice@eurekaforbes.com but till now (10th Nov) no service engineer has called or visited.
I am completely shocked at the callous attitude towards service by a company like Eureka Forbes who simply play around & harass customers after selling them expensive products. I realized that i made a blunder by buying a product from Eureka Forbes. My neighbours who have bought Kutchina or Kent water purifiers are really happy with the after sales service.
Would advice all prospective buyers not to get carried away by marketing gimmicks of Eureka Forbes. Rather to settle for products from companies who care about customer satisfaction & understand what customer service means.
