Screen damaged

Dear sir,

With reference to the above, I purchased a gaming device MEX-15 through ebay on 29.april.2011. I found two days back its screen is damaged. We never dropped down. Please advice us for replacement/ service the above device. Iam very upset about the incident since our mobiles dropped several times, but never damaged. I expecting its screen protection is poor or its manufacturing defect. Please do needful action as early possible
