Dear Sir / MAdam,

I have purchased HCL desktop Ezeebec AZ001060, Machine Sr.# 8084AZ074366

from CROMA (Mulund West), vide bill No# 119-29312, installed on 08/10 by HCL service people.

While the computer is under service warranty for one year, we had paid additional amount of Rs.1250/- for extended warranty for one more year upto October. We regret to state that inspite of our complaints nobody from HCL or Croma has turned up till date for servicing and updation. Shame on HCL, I will never buy anything from Croma or HCL brand items and also recommend my friends atlarge.
