Both the company as well as the dealer (M/s MRV Infotech Port Blair remains silent about the complaint. It is over 60 days the purchase was made and on the verbal advice of the Dealer, the original Bill and Warranty card has been sent to their NOIDA address (The Young India Desk. HCL Infosystems Ltd. E-4, 5, 6 Sector-11, NOIDA). There is no response till date.
