Phone not working, still under warranty

Hi-

Can you please look into my request on urgent basis

I purchased a new Sony Zylo phone on 2nd sep 2010 but after a couple of weeks, some problems occurred in slider (all the buttons stop working when slider is open) and also with screen display

I enquired various Sony Authorized service centers (in Gurgaon and Dehradun) and I was told that there is some problem with slide cable which is a manufacturing defect and that part is not available and no near by date was given for availability of the same

I purchased Sony phone for the first time and the experienced I had so far with product and service is truly pathetic and unacceptable

I request you to kindly make necessary arrangements for replacement of my phone

I have already sent mail to (questions. IN@support.sonyericsson.com) couple of times but no response so far
