I had purchased a tablet of HCL Company within a month it is not working

I have called up their service centers so many times but they have not replied to me properly

at last i told them that i do not need any replacement i want my money back

if i purchase a tab of branded company and within a month if it is not working and if i do not get any reply from the service department then what is the use of purchasing it

i have called up the service center more than 10 times and they have not given me any complaint id even after asking for the same

so after so long trouble i have come to an conclusion to register a complaint against these people who do not work and provide their services to the customer
