Godrej-Water Purifier
No Response from Godrej for repairing

I got a call promptly from Godrej to enter into AMC for my water purifier purchased from Godrej as soon as 1 year was complete, which was paid by me.

After that, inspite of following up with their service centre (Techno) to get the purifier checked and repaired, since it is giving dirty water, I am made to go from one department to another, people involved being Mr Bhandari (9930230451) and Mr Ganesh More (9820680233). Their phones never work and they were the ones who came to collect the amount. We have been given a complaint number, sometimes they tell us that the complaint number itself is invalid. Sometimes they say that the contract is invalid.

They seem to be a set of thugs and it is in the interest of people to avoid these people.
