A.M. C paid but no action even after repeated complains

Dear Sir,

The maintenance charges of Rs 3000 for repair of the luminous inverter were paid by us on 19/12 by receipt no A-1 24002 DSR no 011224 which is valid for a period of 3 years i.e. up to 18/12. The over loading switch of the inverter was damaged by the luminous maintenance staff long back. Despite various complaints no DA17989, DA18278, DA18418 & lastly DA51334 the switch is not repaired and hence forth the inverter is not working causing great inconvenience and trouble to us.

You are kindly requested to instruct the concern to provide the relief.
