Under repair 40 days in service centre

My Sony ericsson mobile handset Model no. W580I is under repair from 18/09-- more than 40 days in your service centre P9service. surat.(Gujarat). It is in warranty period. divice/softwere send to Chennai for replacement by service centre 40 days gone. no one reply me . very unfriendly rubbish unresposible staff working in this centre. sony ericsson company not taking any intrest in warranty period mobile. Ref; Work order no: SE31010314305 dt.18/9, than 88569210 dt.11/10 than 88649911 dt; 20/10. Are any resposible person of the sony ericsson company be halpfull to me??? in this metter. My e-mail add. djmuniani01@yahoo.com. I am sr.citizen. They are ignor me every time when i visit the centre.
