My RIM cell no. is 9357736375 at Ludhiana, Punjab. My prepaid amount gets deducted unnecessarily on account of subsribing missed call alerts, caller tunes etc. even though I never subscribe it and when I like to contact the customer care their no. never gets connected. In one day on 25.10.10. I have lost about Rs.70 FROM MY PREPAID ACCOUNT by such cheating activities. Such petty cheating activities are not expected from such a big company like Reliance. Please arrange to revert my money back.
