Sir,

Request your earlier action to the following matter. Against our repeated request to your customer care at Alleppey (Kerala State) regarding the complaint mentioned above, no positive response has been taken till date. The first complaint was attended by Mr. Anil and the second one by Mr. Jayan at your Alleppey office. The person attended the complaint on first week of this month informed us to replace the damaged board and agreed to replace within a week after collected the board from your Bangalore office. Our repeated request at your Alleppey and Bangalore office are all in vain. We never expected this type of response from a reputed brand like IFB.
