Non delivery of products on time/worst quality of service

I bought few products from E zone, Chembur, K star Mall, Mumbai on dasshera. As like any other Indian got swayed by the freebies promised (gold coins and other gifts). I paid the entire sum by credit card but till date have not received any single product. And the gifts they say are out of stock. I have to chase these guys everyday. I have never seen such worse kind of service in my entire life. I regret entering the shop. Its better to enter a standalone shop where atleast he does not promise false things and keeps his committment (and offers products cheaper than any of these retail chains like E zone, Croma, Vijay sales, Next etc). I advice to you is avoid E zone, and go their only if they deliver you the product on the day of purchase.
