I Dr Rajendra has purchased Sony Erricsson T715 mobile on 13.02.2010 from the Mobile Store at Kalyan. Since I have purchased it, I am facing the problems about charging socket, head phone & I have to run to the service center again & again within 6 months period. Now my phones display is not working. I went to the service center at Kalyan & explain them my problem. They told me that within two days time they will repair it. But when I told them the mobile is under warranty suddenly their way of talking change. They roodly said me that it will take 1 month or more. The behavieor of service centre employees is very harsh & they are talking as if they are doing some favour to me. I am giving same complaint in written to the service centre & if my problem will not get solved, I will definitely file a case in consumer court.
