Tampering with Product

I own Nokia 5800Xpress Music Mobile. On Tuesday morning i.e. on 30th November, touch pad of the mobile stopped working. As it was in warranty period, I went to Herry Communication, an authorised repairing centre for Nokia products, for the purpose of repairing of the mobile. I was asked to collect the mobile on Friday, i.e. on 3rd December. Today when I went to collect it, I was told that it cannot be repaired and they returned the product in the condition which was worse than the condition in which it was given to them by me. Moreover, product has also been tampered with.
