Sale of defective Bluetooth Headset

Sir,

With due respect I beg to state that I am at present living in POKHRA Block of District Pauri Garhwal. On JULY 9th I bought a " Hiblue Bluetooth Headset" from AMBEY COMMUNICATION, Station Road, KOTDWARA, U.K.

But the device turned out to be a defective piece. Later on I contacted the same dealer on his Cellphone Number 9837593999 to either exchange the defective piece or return my Rs.500=00 (Rs. FIVE HUNDRED ONLY) back to me but the dealer turned Brown & Black on me and refused to exchange the defective piece.

Kindly register my complaint and take strong leagel action to return my money back to me.
