Airtel Post Paid Connection

I am a post paid subscriber (9958290311). Have been wanting to unsubscribe from yahoo zone. Everytime I want to click on the link provided it does not work because I do not have internet or mail facility on my phone. This entails a recurring expenditure of Rs 40/- (Rupees Forty only) per minth for a service which I do not use or need. Please take immedite note. My mail alert subscription is actvated without my knowledge and needs to be deactivated but the customer care does not respond favourably. Dr Dinesh kapoo
