Battery expiry within a month of replacement

Hi, I am Sandipan Baksi from Navi-Mumbai, Vashi. I got my Pureit (Cust ID: 1928422383) Battery replaced on 15th May and was told that the battery will expire on a usage of 1500 Litres. It has been only around a month from that date and the battery has stopped functioning. I want to emphasize that I stay here with my elder brother and it is impossible that we have exhausted 1500 Litres in such a time span.

When I am trying to raise a complaint, the technician is giving excuses that its because of the hot weather here and the Project Lead (Vashi Region) is avoiding calls (The phone is being picked by some family members who are giving lame excuses, like he is playing football).

Request you for an immediate battery replacement as this is unacceptable from a company of such repute. Kindly guide on how to proceed for the same.
